Here are some quick improvement suggestions:

* Do not mix non-English and English sites, have a look at the link 3 and 4 on the attached screenshot, my guess is that they are not English hence it does not display on my browser
* Its good to theme links for example, all links to do with Painting on one separate page, link to do with web hosting on one separate page etc
* Do not call your link page 'link' call it partners or resources, anything BUT link or reciprocal links
* Add about 20 or less link on one page, most webmaster prefer maximum of 10

The above tips will help improve your link pages tremendously
