It's not a bad idea to leave an e-mail address as well as there are some of us who niether ICQ or Yahoo.

One more thing, if you can leave links to your sites then you may have a better chance of securing link exchanges. Most people want to check out a site and determine whether or not they want to link to it prior to contacting the webmaster.

I know that I speak for myself here but I would never request a reciprocal link from a site that I haven't researched yet.

Just an IMHO.
