I like the template, it is easy to browse. Another Idea is to think about attaching a blog to it and adding some good related posts to get some more search engine visitors and also so forum posters can get to know the owner behind the forum. This increases branding and also adds a bit more uniqueness to forums. Other than that you can draw visitors from other related forums who may be interested as well..

Another bit of advice is to try to work on backlinks to your forum as much as possible.

You may hire someone to post new topics everyday. Just make sure your forum is in active stage. If I stop by a forum and find that last post was in 2008, I will close the page immediately. cheer!

Improve the traffic first then it will automatically popular .

I suggest using paid posters to get things rolling. Often if the forum looks busy people will want to be a part of it.

forum posts can be increased using postloop. it is really a nice service.

I took a look and even on the link called forum ... well did not seemed to me at all as a forum.
