Default Which forum software to use for a forum dedicated to religion, philosophy, self-improv

Is it important to decide which forum software to go to if your forums is only about religion, philosophy, self-improvement, and nothing to do with making money? However, if it doesn't matter at all which forum software have these features (because that will help me make make my decision a lot quicker!):
    1. Can disable newly registered users from posting any new messages or anyone basically with the fastest way possible?
    2. Have newest Recaptcha
    3. Easy to upgrade to the newest forum software updates.

Please inform me if you know the best forum software for me!

I think all popular forum scripts would meet your needs like vbulletin or phpbb, IMO.

    Have a nice day,

all are easy in their own ways, are you going for a free product or a paid product ? The price depends on it

Free are - phpbb, SMF, uBB and so on....
Paid are - vBulletin, IPB, and so on..

vBulletin is my preference of them all but you need to have big bucks to get it, it costs around $195 I think just the forum, if you go for the entire vB bundle/suite it would cost you around $285 I think
