That's true. The speed at which pages in a website are indexed is determined by the number of backlinks to it's pages and the rate at which the content changes. Constantly changing content will be indexed/re-indexed faster.

Blogspot is really good for fast traffic... Bookmarking to high page rank sites makes the work more effective...

I know that This is Good technique to index your website within 24 hours because Blog spot is one the authorize website of Google.

Bu some other techniques are also available on net, so i will prefer that techniques instead of this, because it's like luck.

Yes i believe that site indexes has many factors. I think it will really take a while before google will index your site. I have a blogspot blog and it took 5 days before google index it especially the new ones.
