it is black hat,, many of people use it to get high position in different search engine, we can call it as they are trying to fool search engine, and breaking their ruls,, they are not long run, and can be penalized any time...

You are right, please don't use black hat

Black hat techniques are absolutely what you do not want to use. They may help in the short-term but will likely lead to you getting banned by Google. It's simply not worth it.

Paying for traffic or clearly buying links is a form of it too no?
