About wrong anchors: I feel it is always better to use relevant keyword that describes a link rather than generic word.

I think someone has removed the link. It might be a moderator has removed that link and no information so this is useless post. We must close this post.

If the link has been removed by the moderator why don't we just share our knowledge about the common mistakes of SEO.
