You should mention your site map on search engine.

As I know,There is no short cut to get PR within the month.Because we have to wait for PR update.And normally Google update their pr every three months.But from last six month they are not yet update their PR.But for getting fast indexing in google you have to do effective on page optimization and you also have to put some extra effort on off-page optimization.

Well. I think that is not impossible but, so difficult to get some incredible results with in a month or tow.You have to work hard and does seo of your site. Like, link submissions, forum posting. Yahoo answering and social bookmarking etc. always try to get some quality back links because it would be helpful for you site PR.
