I think, cpanel is the best.

I like cpanel, but i also like extend.
Both have features which are good.
cpanel has the advantage if moving sites as most seem to use it.

I have never heard of extend, what does it look like?

As its a demo some features are either not there(ie file manager) or disbaled.

But gives a good overview.
