It feels way to spammy and full of too many ads and unrelated links. Because of this and the nature of the site it feels unprofessional and will probably scare a lot of people away for fear of viruses. If you want to really succeed in a video to mp3 converter you are going to want it to be simple, but professional looking so that people feel more at ease and safe with using the site. Plus remove most of the ads.

I agree with the above, however you should be able to do well with the site, as the domain is excellent.

I would reduce the size of that play now button by 50%. It is way too big and grabs visitor attention at the expense of the logo/site name.
