I think the term you are looking for is WebRank
..
Page Rank is a term coined by Larry Page. Larry page is the co-founder of Google.
Page rank is a measurer of inbound links also taking into consideration the PageRank of the pages contributing those links.

If some one create a co-factor and names it PageWhatever, they are affectively promoting the Google PageRank co-factor.. Larry Page being the co-found of Google, so it was a good little marketing trick

Have a look around for the word WebRank, I'm sure someone must have mentioned it at least once on this forum

The idea of page rank is the same as Google has and you should also promote your site if you want to get a better rank.

Yahoo's PR is 9. But yahoo is not depend on PR which is google's stuff. They just like the pandora jewellry and cartier jewelry.

I don't ever think about it a lot because it's not poverty in the India that yahoo pr but mostly out of the India some clients demand for it but i would like to give suggest for the Google-pr.
